Minimum Qualification: First Class Graduate in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferably having a corporate membership of a recognized professional institution.
Must be a Certified Lead Auditor
Minimum Experience: Total 10 years of relevant experience in QA / QC department in Refinery and Petrochemical Industry
5 years experience in execution of medium to large Projects
- Quality Assurances and Quality Controls ensure quality across the entire spectrum of activities of refinery operations including operations, maintenance and other related functions so that the refinery works in a safe and environmental friendly manner and manufacture products that meet all defined legal, quality, brand requirements and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
§ Manage, train and lead the team to define, implement and optimize inter and intra-departmental processes and procedures for the entire organization in line with ISO specifications.
§ Establish relationships with the various departments and work closely with every one to gather, understand, and properly document current processes and procedures.
§ Perform thorough Gap analysis on the current processes and procedures and work with the associated departments to close those gaps.
§ Establish Quality Complaints Handling Procedure and manage Quality Incidents along with the respective teams.
§ Evaluate the impact of deficiencies in current processes or the adherence to current processes on quality of work (by observing KPIs, Incidents and Customer Complaints) and work with associated departments to rectify these issues.
§ Establish a proper reporting system to update the Leadership Team on Quality Performance.
§ Develop and implement comprehensive Audit Plans to be carried out by the Quality Control Team members to ensure that agreed processes and procedures are adhered to.
