In our business quality is critical at every stage, from the refining process right up to delivery. The Mina Al Fahal and Sohar Refineries are built using state-of-the-art technology and equipment to meet the most stringent quality norms. At every stage of production, samples are collected and carefully analyzed in the laboratories to ensure quality of products.


Quality of Materials and Services
ORPC has a documented supplier quality management system for the procurement of materials and services which includes the policy and procedures covering the entire procurement process including supplier pre-qualification and supplier performance evaluation through reviews, audit, etc.
